Linda Davis

Linda Davis, 72, of Lake City passed from this life Monday, October 6, 2014 at Saint Francis Hospital in Memphis, Tennesse. She was born in Arab, Alabama to the late Bill and Jewel Terrell on August 29, 1942. Linda lived most of her life in Lake City and the surrounding area.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her daughter, Jacqueline Davis; a son, Dallas Davis.

Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Shelby Davis of the home. One son; Mitchell (Debbie) Davis of Monette; 2 brothers: Charles Terrell and Dennis Terrell; 2 sisters: Jean Despain and Dianne Edmondson; 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 2:00 pm in Emerson Memorial Chapel with Reverend Ronald Matheny officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday, at Emerson Funeral Home from 5-7 pm.
