Linda Adams

Linda Adams 64, of Brookland, died Sunday, March 27, 2011 at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Adams; parents, Barney and Norma Story; brothers , Johnny Sotry and Carl “Dale” Story; sisters, Sue Langston and Judy Minga; and one great grandchild Brady Adams.

Survivors include children, Bill and Melissa Adams of Bono; Homer and Danette Adams; Jimmy and Dee Adams; roger and Carrie Adams, all of Brookland; brothers, Richard Story and Roy Story, both of Brookland; Donald Story of Powhatten, Arkansas; Ronnie Story of Williford, Arkansas; sisters, Pam Mullens of Brookland, and Betty Copeland of Lafe, Arkansas; Grandchildren, Mitchell Adams, Beth Greenway, Kelli Cox, Gregory Adams, Dan Adams, Wesley Adams, Jessica Adams; five great grandchildren and two on the way.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Mike Ward officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery with Mitchell Adams, Daniel Adams, Gregory Adams, Wesley Adams, Jeremy Adam and Dillon Mulligan serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Brian Greenway and Dr. Crawley. Visitation will be from 5-7 Tuesday night at Emerson Funeral Home.
