Lillie Perry Isbell

Lillie Perry Isbell, 91, of Jonesboro, died Thursday, April 9, 2009 at NEA Baptist Hospital. She had lived in Jonesboro for two-years, moving here from Bay, Arkansas. Lillie was a member of the Bay Church of Christ. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed hunting and fishing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Isbell; her parents, J.Y. and Lula Perry; three brothers and one sister. Lillie is survived by two sons; Perry Isbell and wife Joyce, Jonesboro; Tom Isbell and wife Jan, Mountain View, Arkansas; one sister Polly Cooper, Bay; grandchildren, Terry Isbell, Tim Isbell and wife Deana, Tammi Goodrich and husband Derick, Stotts Isbell and wife Lori, Stuart Isbell and wife Stacy; and eleven great grandchildren. Graveside services will be 1:30 PM Saturday at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery with Minister Marvin Rickett officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers are Stotts Isbell, Stuart Isbell, Derick Goodrich, Lynn Scott, Bob McKeel, and Larry Cain. Visitation will be from 11-1 PM Saturday at Emerson Funeral Home.
