Lee Langston, age 69, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, died Tuesday evening, October 4, 2005 in a 2-vehicle accident near Harrisburg, Arkansas
Born in Sulphur Rock, Arkansas, Mr. Langston moved to Caraway, Arkansas in 1946 and then to Jonesboro in 1980. He owned and operated Langston Auto Salvage in Jonesboro for several years. He also drove a truck for Arkansas Glass Company of Jonesboro for several years.
He was preceded in death by his father: George Franklin Langston, and by his mother: Emily Ethel Roberts Langston.

His Wife: Mary Decker Langston of the home;
2 Sons: Robert Langston of Tennessee, and
David Decker of Jonesboro;
5 Daughters: Brenda McFarllen of Texas,
Karen West, and
Phyllis Houdley, both of Watersmeet, Michigan,
Connie Decker of Jonesboro, and
Ola Britt of Walnut Ridge;
5 Brothers: George Langston, and
Herman Langston, both of Paragould,
Lester Oneal Langston of Augusta, Arkansas,
Homer Langston of Kentucky, and
Tom Langston of Coloma, Michigan;
1 Sister: Imogene Wells of Florida;
13 Grandchildren, and
Several Great Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, morning, October 8, 2005, at 10:00 at Emerson Memorial Chapel in Jonesboro with Rev. Eugene Bogard officiating. Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park with Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro in charge.
Active pallbearers include: Lester Langston, Ronnie Hill, Sammy McGee, Tommy Son,
Rick Raines, and Alan Stebbins.
Honorary pallbearers include: James Bishop and Mark Rainey.
Visitation will be held Friday evening, October 7, 2005, from 5:00-8:00 at Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
