Layla Jo Hedrick, age 2, born March 19, 2012, to Chris and Sarah Tripod Hedrick, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2015, at LeBonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis.

Layla was born in Memphis and lived all of her life in Jonesboro. In addition to her parents, survivors include a sister, Holland Hedrick of the home; maternal grandparents: Jeff and Connie Tripod of Paragould; paternal grandparents: Mike and Donna Hedrick of Byhalia, Mississippi;
maternal great grandmother, Murlis Proffer of Jonesboro; maternal great grandfather, Forrest Tripod of Paragould; and paternal great grandparents: Charles and JoAnn Townsend of Longview, Texas.

A memorial service will be held Saturday afternoon at 5:00 p.m. at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Chris Brantley officiating. Burial will be private.
