Laurie Jean Pease

Laurie Jean Pease, 58, of Bono departed this life on October 14, 2023, at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. Laurie was born on January 10, 1965, in Syracuse, New York to her parents Robert Walter and Lucille Staves.

Laurie spent her early life in Baldwinsville, New York but then moved to Jonesboro and spent the rest of her life here in Jonesboro. Laurie was of the Catholic belief. She enjoyed camping, playing bingo, and caring for her dogs. Laurie is preceded by her parents and her husband Douglas Pease.

Laurie is survived by 2 sons: Mike Robert Pease and Christopher Pease; and one daughter Ellen Barlow. Laurie is also survived by 2 brothers, Timothy (Pam) and Gary (Thola) Staves; and one sister, Ann (Tim) Hudson and a nephew Paul (Cheyenne) Hudson. She is also survived by her grandchildren.
