Larry Len Nall, 75, of Lake City, died Thursday at his home. Born in Caraway, Larry lived in the Caraway and Brookland area before moving to Lake City in 1950. Larry was a land owner and business man; member of Southland Gin; was on the Lake City school board for 10 years and on the board of directors of Craighead Electric for 24 years. Larry was a city councilman for Lake City and was affiliated with the Caraway Masonic Lodge. He enjoyed going to the coffee shop, watching his crops grow and keeping up Cardinal baseball. Larry was a Baptist and attended Lunsford Baptist Church.
Larry is preceded in death by his parents, Ben Lenuel and Bessie Smith Nall and a sister, Rachel Lou Nall.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra of the home; son, Len B. (Tonya) Nall of Lake City; daughter, Lauri (Randel) Talley of Lake City; 2 sisters, Mary (Jim) Robertson of Lake City and Linda (Leonard) Nelson of Paragould. 2 grandchildren, Rachel Talley of Jonesboro and Delaney Nall of Lake City.
Services will be Saturday, October 27 at 2:00 PM at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Tommy Hood and Larry Owens officiating.
Pallbearers will be Blake Robertson, Greg Nall, Gregg Garner, Aaron Garner, Rob Kinkade, and Brad Nelson. Honorary Pallbears include James Stewart, Plut Ladd, Corkey Adams, and Bill Garner.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 27 from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM at Emerson Memorial Chapel.
