Larry Wayne Meeker

Larry Wayne Meeker, 69, of Trumann passed from this life on Saturday March 22, 2025 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. He was born January 14, 1956 in Trumann to the late Robert and Angie Meeker.

Larry has lived in Trumann all of his life. He enjoyed motorcycles and keeping his yard looking beautiful. Larry worked as a truck driver with Saia Motor Freight and earned the honor of a 3-million-mile accident free driving record.

In addition to his parents, Larry is preceded in death by his brother, Timothy Meeker; God-son, Timothy Meeker Jr.; sister-in-law, Sharon Keyes (speedracer) and beloved fur babies Sparky and Butch.

Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Anita Meeker of the home; God-daughter, Angela Craven (Jack) and their children Chloe, Kaylee, Cameron, Kassidy and Carter; nephews, Robbie Richardson of Trumann as well as Ronnie Richardson of the home and his sons Reason and Andrew; sister, Jeanette (Dewayne) Henson of Mountain Home and her children Dewayne Henson Jr (Michelle) and Christopher Henson; in-laws, Eugene and Janet Darty (Little Norman) of Pangburn and Brenda Ivy, Chasta, Scotty and Natasha of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma as well as his beloved dog, Cujo.

Funeral services will be held at Emerson Funeral Home on Friday March 28, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will start at 1:00 p.m. and last until service time.
