Larry Dean Caldwell

Larry Dean Caldwell, 62, of Brookland passed from this life on Friday, April 3, 2020 at his home. He was born to Jack and Dorothy Caldwell on September 17, 1957 at St. Bernards Hospital in Jonesboro. Larry was a pilot since the mid 80’s and owned and operated Aero Electronics since the late 80’s in Northeast Arkansas. He enjoyed flying model airplanes with his son, Aaron. Larry also enjoyed history, documentaries, aviation, and camping. He was also a Ham Radio Operator since he was a teenager and his call number was N5MEP. However, Larry enjoyed his family most of all especially his grandchildren, Amara, Josephine, and Robert.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents, Jack Caldwell and Dorothy Colley; brother, Ken Caldwell; and granddaughter, Aryanna Shalom Newsom.

Larry is survived by his wife, Carol Caldwell of the home; son, Aaron Douglas Caldwell (Robyn) of Westland, Michigan; daughter, Andrea Michelle Newsom (Drake) of Brookland; brother, Dale Caldwell of Washington State; and grandchildren, Amara Jude Newsom, Josephine Emilia Newsom, and Robert Dean Caldwell. Larry also leaves behind several family members and friends.
