Laikyn Willett

Laikyn Willett, 17, of Jonesboro went to her Heavenly home on Monday, April, 2, 2018. She was born on December 6, 2000 in Jonesboro to Melissa Bryant and Mark Willett. Laikyn was a very spunky, funny and giving person. She loved people and genuinely cared for others. Some of Laikyn’s favorite things in life were music and art; she enjoyed painting. Above everything else Laikyn loved her family, especially her brother, Logan.

Laikyn is survived by her Mom, Melissa Bryant (Kevin) of Jonesboro; Dad, Mark Willett (Christina) of Gadsden, Alabama; brothers, Logan Willett and Samuel Bryant; and sisters, Georgia Bryant, Cate Bryant, Shekinah Camp, Cherith Camp, and Keilah Camp.

The visitation will be held from 12:00 - 2:00 pm prior to the service on Thursday.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Central Baptist Church with Laikyn’s father, Mark Willett, and Pastor Kenneth Doke officiating. Burial will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery with active pallbearers being Gunnar Renshaw, Kyler Carpenter, Dylan Lagomarcino, Cade Prince, Beau Priest, Matt Owens, and Noah Tyler. The honorary pallbearers will be Mark Clark, Hunter Faulkner, Nathan Pressley, Joshua Harrin, Ryan Prince, and Matt Addison.
