L. C. Vaughn

L. C. Vaughn, 77 of Jonesboro, died Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born in Senath, Missouri and had lived in Jonesboro for ten years, moving here form Phoenix, Arizona. He was a retired factory worker with Singer Manufacturing Company in Trumann. He served his country in the US Army and the US Navy. He was of the Baptist belief and was preceded in death by his parents, Troy and Bertha Vaughn and one brother, Bill Vaughn.

He is survived by one son, Eddie Vaughn, Jonesboro; two daughters, Patricia Kent, Rawlins, Wyoming; Shirley Vaughn, Jonesboro; and one step-daughter Diane Estes, El Dorado, Kansas. He is also survived by a brother, Marvin Vaughn, Trumann, Arkansas; five grandchildren, Andrea Solis, Rachel Turner, Lasonya Vaughn, Sandra MacDonald, Shaunta Estes; two great grandchildren, Jadius Ortiz, Aidan Turner, and several nieces and nephews..

Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, January 27, 2007 at Senath Cemetery, in Senath Missouri with Bro. Harold Russell officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
