Kevin Smith

Loyla Kevin Smith, 51, of Jonesboro passed from this life Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. Kevin was born December 16, 1964 in Kennett to the late Norman and Eunice Smith.

He lived all of his life in the Jonesboro area and was a childhood member of Needham Assembly of God. Kevin was an avid hunter and fisherman who could do just about anything.

In addition to his parents, Kevin is preceded in death by his two brothers: Ronald L. Smith and Dennis D. Smith.

Kevin is survived by one brother: Jerry (Betty Sue) Smith of Sturkie, AR; two sisters: LaVonda Thomas of Lake City and Dona (Ollie) Reeves of Harrisburg; ten nieces and nephews; and twelve great-nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be from 2-3 p.m. Friday, January 15, 2016 at Emerson Memorial Chapel.

A memorial service will be 3p.m. Friday, January 15, 2016 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with David Mote officiating.
