Kevin Louis Barksdale

Kevin Louis Barksdale, 60, of Jonesboro, died January 23, 2025.  He had lived in Jonesboro since 1971, moving here from Dover, Delaware. He was born on March 3, 1964, in Dover, Delaware, to John and Rosa Barksdale.  He was a member of Our Saviour Lutheran Church.  He was a student of Philosophy and followed college sports, especially the Arkansas Razorbacks. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one nephew, Brian.

Survivors include his brother, Ken Barksdale and wife Nancy of Thibodaux, Louisiana; sisters, Anita Keller of Little Rock; and Linda Spurlock and husband Scott of Jonesboro; nephews, Austin, Kyle, Alan, and Eric; nieces, Amanda and Lauren; great niece, Lily; great nephews, Noah and Cole; great great niece, Leah.

A Celebration of Life Memorial service will be held 9:00 A.M., Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at Our Saviour Lutheran Church.  All other services will be private.
