Kenny Joe "Pop-Pop Beshiers

February 17, 1960 — October 2, 2021

Kenny Joe “Pop-Pop” Beshiers, 61, of Brookland, was a life-long resident of Craighead County.  He was of the Baptist belief and attended Woods Chapel Baptist Church.  He had worked at Hytrol for over 43 years. Kenny loved his family, but his grandkids, who referred to him as “Pop-Pop”, they could do no wrong.  He enjoyed golf and hanging out with his Brookland Breakfast Club.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Elnora Beshiers, Step-Mom, Evelyn Beshiers, and brother Tim Beshiers.

Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Sheila, of the home; son, Blake Beshiers and wife Heather of Brookland; daughter, Brooke Nunally and husband Adam of Paducah, Kentucky; brother, Jerry Beshiers and wife Judy of Lake City; sister Tanyuia Hale and husband Oliver of Paragould; grandchildren, Bella Beshiers, Mack Nunally, Emma Beshiers, Will Nunally and Amelia Beshiers.

A graveside memorial service will be 1:00 Thursday, October 7, 2021, at Pine Log Cemetery Pavilion with Rick Hathcoat officiating under the direction of Emerson Funeral Home.  All other services are private.  To sign an online guestbook, go to emersonfuneralhome.com.
