Kenneth Womack

Kenneth Wallace Womack, 92 of Jonesboro passed from this life Sunday, January 20, 2019 at his home.  He was born April 18, 1926 to Elmer and Nancy Moore Womack in Bay, Arkansas.  He had lived in Illinois but had spent most of his life in this area.  Kenneth was a sheet metal worker and also had worked at St. Bernards Hospital.  Kenneth enjoyed dancing and bowling.  He also enjoyed fishing and fixing things.  He was also known to have a dry sense of humor. December 4, 2018 was a wonderful day for Kenneth because that’s when he became a Christian.  Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Peggy; brother Leo Womack and sister Ellouise Womack.

Survivors include son; Kenneth Wayne Womack of Las Cruces, New Mexico; daughters, Diane Harvey (Don) of Sycamore, Illinois; Brenna Williams of Addison, Illinois and Toni Johnson (Paul) of Paragould.  Grandchildren; Kirk (Heather) Williams, Penny Williams,  Jackie Larys (Bryan), Clifton Williams (Frances), Christopher Johnson and Breanna Johnson; 12 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

Burial will be private.
