Kenneth Dewayne McCollum, 76, of Jonesboro, passed away on October 13, 2026, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. He was born in Morriston, AR, on December 26, 1949, to the late Roy Glenn and Dorothy Faye McCollum. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Alana B. McCollum; his brother, Larry David McCollum; and other siblings.

Kenneth was born in the hills but spent most of his life in Northeast Arkansas. When he was healthy, he owned and operated a used-car dealership called McCollum Auto Sales. Kenneth was a Southern Baptist who worshipped the Lord through music. He loved music and spent most of his time singing and playing guitar. Above all, Kenneth was a family man. He was a loving father who cared deeply for his family.

Kenneth was survived by his sons, Kevin and Kenny McCollum of Jonesboro; his daughters, Karla Morgan (Thomas) of Jonesboro and Tamisha of Swifton; his sister, Pat Taylor of Cabot; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
