Kenneth Wade Goza

Kenneth Wade Goza, 57, of Jonesboro, passed from this life on Friday, November 8, 2024, at his home surrounded by friends and loved ones. He was born to Jimmy and Dovie Goza on May 1, 1967 in Jonesboro, AR. He was of the Baptist belief and worked as a HVCAR Registrant for the City of Jonesboro. Kenny enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with family, traveling, and doing most anything with his love and best friend, Annette. He was talented at many things including cooking, auto mechanics, and the ability to repair most anything (a skill he learned from his father). Kenny was highly respected and liked by many people withing his workforce family.

He is preceded in death by wife, Tammy Goza; father, Jimmy Goza; and brother, Jimmy Dale Goza.

Kenny is survived by sons, River McGinnis and Charlie Ring (Matt); daughter, Kristen Moyer (Chris); grandson, Braxton Moyer; partner in life, Annette Hensley; her family, Daron Hensley, Derek Jarrett (Lynette), Brent Hensley, and their son’s and daughters; mother, Dovie Goza; brother, Jeff Goza (Tracy); special uncle, Terry Goza (Annette); special cousin, Charlie Goza (Becky); nieces, Jessica, Jordan, Leah, Brandi, Rethea, Alicia, and Savannah; two very special friends, Daron Hensley and Scott Hollingshead.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be: Jimmy Golden, Derek Hensley, Daron Hensley, Jeremy Banks, Josh Banks, and Jeff Goza. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Brent Hensley, Terry Goza, Charles Goza, and Joe Banks.

The visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at Emerson Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow the visitation with Pastor Joe Guthrie officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery.
