Kenneth Lynn Garner

Kenneth L. Garner, 67, loving son, husband, father, and grandfather, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2023.  He was born February 23, 1956 to John and Daphine (Gilley) Garner in Jonesboro, AR.

Kenneth enjoyed collecting arrowheads and antique marbles.  He loved hunting, fishing, metal detecting, and anything else as long as he was outdoors.  Kenneth worked as an electrical lineman and was known to watch electrical storms after retirement because they reminded him of his career.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Terry James Garner.  Kenneth is survived by his wife, Anna Garner; children, Jeffery L. (Maria) Garner and Robin (Dan) Tong; grandchildren, Caitlan Garner, Malorie Ray, Jared L. Garner, Mikayla Tong, Haydyn Tong, and Aubree Tong; and nephew, Jamey Garner.

Visitation: Thursday, November 2, 2023, from 12 to 1:30 pm at Reflection Pointe Funeral & Cremation Services, 3201 S. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS 67210. A  graveside service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on December 9, 2023 at Nettleton Cemetery in Jonesboro, AR.
