August 8, 1950 – April 24, 2025
Kenneth "Ken" Wiley, 74, of Jonesboro, passed from this life on Thursday, April 24, 2025. Ken was born on August 18, 1950, in Athens, Alabama, to the late Dallas and Clara Wiley.
Ken lived a full life, marked by a love for the outdoors and the simple pleasures of everyday living. He found joy in hunting, fishing, and working with his hands — especially through woodworking, where he brought creativity and care to each project. He had a deep appreciation for good food and was always ready for a hearty meal. Saturday mornings were often spent watching cooking shows, which he thoroughly enjoyed; from time to time, he would even try his hand at recreating the dishes he admired on television, adding his own special touch.
In addition to his parents, Ken is preceded in death by his brothers, Buddy Wiley, Billy Wiley, and Gilbert Wiley; sisters, Helen Bishop and Hazel Deloach; and granddaughter, Malorie.
Ken is survived by his wife of 32 years, Carolyn Wiley; sons, Kevin Wiley (Mandy), Keith Roberts (Lisa), and Anthony Roberts (Gwen); daughters, Keri Davis and Tracie Roberts; brothers, Michael Wiley; sister, Doris Wiley; grandchildren, Clara Beth, Mary Lynn, Austin, Ashlyn, Garrett, Kyle, Cameron, Addison, Jacob, and Riley; and great grandchildren, Rowan, Anne Leigh, and Gracie.
