Kelsea Grace Hutchison, is remembered affectionately for her unyielding courage, glorious heart and generosity of spirit.
“Kelsea treasured the simple things in life, and her humanity could only be surpassed by her free spirit and unreserved love for all she met,” said Brennah Hutchison, Kelsea’s sister.
Kelsea died of medical complications in her Jonesboro home in the embrace of her family. She was 22.
A warrior without words, Kelsea conquered life’s battles using her joyful smile and radiant soul—she never allowed limitations (imposed by her rare genetic disorder) cast a shadow on the way she lived her life.
As dedicated Red Wolves fan, Kelsea spent many days with her father, Brent Hutchison, cheering on the scarlet and black from the stands.
Survivors include: Brent and Jodi Hutchison (parents); Brennah Hutchison (sister); Earnestine Ladd (grandmother); Sallye Hutchison (grandmother); and Tim and Angie Nichols (devoted uncle and aunt) all of Jonesboro.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday May 5, at Nettleton Cemetery. Donald Lewert will officiate. Attendees are invited to wear bright colors and/or bold patterns, as this was one of Kelsea’s favorite ways to celebrate life.
