Kelly Elizabeth Mote

Kelly Elizabeth Mote, 18, died Thursday at St. Bernard’s Medical Center.

She was born in Pennsylvania and had lived in Jonesboro most of her life. She was a Certified Nurse’s Aid for Lakeside Nursing Center and was a member of the Providence Baptist Church and Clark’s Chapel. She was a 2009 graduate of Bay High School.

Kelly was preceded in death by her Maternal Grandfather Jack Davis and one uncle.

Kelly is survived by her parents David and Pam Mote Jr. of the home.
One brother; Daniel Mote of the home.
Fiancé; Adam Brown of Jonesboro.
Maternal Grandmother; Betty Davis of Lake City, Arkansas.
Paternal Grandparents; David and Aline Mote Sr.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M. Sunday August 22, 2010 at Emerson Memorial Chapel, with Brother Freddie Muse officiating. Burial will be at Pine Log Cemetery with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be from 5:00 till 7:00 P.M. Saturday August 21, 2010 in Emerson Memorial Chapel.

Active pallbearers will be Nick Davis, Charlie Davis, Jackie Smith, Austen Brown, David Brown and Tim Rodney.

Honorary pallbearers will be Adam Brown, Carl Adams, Thomas Fling, Kenny Goza and Larry Davis.
