Keenan Wilson

Keenan Wade Wilson, 56, of Lake City, passed from this life Saturday, December 1 ^st 2018 at Lakeside Nursing Center. He was born October 14, 1962 in Weiner to the late Earl and Nadine Wilson.

Keenan lived most of his life in the Weiner area and was of Baptist faith. He loved gospel music and had attended many gospel singings over the years with his mom and dad. Keenan enjoyed being around people and people loved being around him. He also was involved in The Special Olympics.

Keenan is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his brothers, Earl Wilson of Jonesboro, Murriel Wilson of Jonesboro, and Wayne Wilson of Bryant; sister, Glenda Cowan of Jonesboro; 8 nieces and nephews and 9 great-nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 4, 2018 from 1-2 pm in the Emerson Memorial Chapel.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 2 pm in the Emerson Memorial Chapel with Reverend Mitch Ford and Reverend Dale Blackwell officiating. Those honored to serve as pallbearers include Bobby Gibson, Ro Gibson, Bart Jones, Bret Jones, Landon Wilson, and Charles White.
