Kealy Alexa Carlson

Kealy Alexa Carlson, age 7, passed into Heaven on Monday, October 10, 2011. She was born in Jonesboro, Arkansas on January 3, 2004, the daughter of Sarah Robinette and Paul Carlson.

She is survived by her parents, Sarah Robinette of Jonesboro; Paul Carlson of Petersburg, Illinois; and grandparents, Linda and Mike Cobb, Dr. James Mark and Frances Robinette all of Jonesboro, Susan and Bruce Carlson of Petersburg; great grandparents, Martha Cobb of Jonesboro, Julia and Fred Marks of Petersburg; uncles and aunts, Robert & Ashley Robinette, Allison & Jeff Pederson, Emily Ferguson, Casey & Larry Weisenbach, Mark & Rhonda Robinette, Dr. Angela Lovett, Dr. Lauryl & Tim Hynes, Elaine Robinette, Georgia & Scott Murphy, Paula & Tim Reeves, and Kimberly & James Stearn; and a host of other family members and friends.

She attended Petersburg Elementary School and Springfield Dance School. Kealy was a Brownie in the Girl Scouts of America.

Kealy was love that shined so bright she lives on in our hearts forever. She loved playing dress up and putting on her mother’s makeup. One of the greatest joys in her life was being with her family, especially her beloved cousins.

Funeral services will be Sunday, October 16, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church with Father Jesse Perkins officiating. Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Active pallbearers will be Robert Robinette, Jeff Pederson, Andrew Pederson, Ronnie Sairls, C.W. Toombs, Lars Turpen, Bobby Flye, and Matthew Tyler Bullock.

Visitation will be Saturday, October 15, 2011 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
