Kay Riggs

Kay Riggs, 69, of Jonesboro departed this life on Tuesday January 5, 2016 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. She was born in Monticello, Arkansas on October 1, 1946 to the late Vester and Bernice Pearson Creed. Kay had lived in Jonesboro for 30 years, moving here from Little Rock and was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Don Riggs.

Survivors include her daughter; Elyse Weeks of Jonesboro.

Brother; T.J. Creed of Nashville, Arkansas.

3 grandchildren; Hali Weeks, Mason Taylor and Quinton Taylor.

Nephew; Todd Creed of Lonake, Arkansas.

Niece; Paige Creed of Jonesboro.

All services will be private with Emerson Funeral Home in charge.
