Kay Karen Lucy

Kay Karen Lucy was born January 13, 1947 to John and Nancy Hatfield in Newport, AR.

Was adopted by Robert and Ruth Hughey Forsythe after the passing of her father John Hatfield.

Kay married her lifelong love Carl Lucy on November 8, 1963 in Caruthersville, Mo.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Carl Lucy, and brother John Hatfield Jr.

Kay is survived by 1 daughter Melissa Farmer of Jonesboro

Kay loved spending time cooking for her family. Her and Carl enjoyed  countless hours of junk store shopping.
