Kathryn W. Tilley

Kathryn W. Tilley, 82, of Jonesboro, died Tuesday at UAMS in Little Rock. She had spent most of her life in Jonesboro and was a member Southwest Church of Christ. She retired as Director of Nursing at the George W. Jackson Mental Health Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Tilley and her parents, John & Myrtle Scott Barden .

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Lee & Karen Tilley, Jonesboro; her brother and sister-in-law, Tommy & Shirley Barden, Ft. Worth, Texas. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Andrea Davis and Chris Tilley, and great grandchildren, Abigail Davis and Brock Davis; her aunt, Ella Wallis, Pocahontas; and several nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Friday at 11:30 a.m. at Oaklawn Cemetery with David Gibson officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be Friday from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
