Kathleen "Kathy" Kidd

Kathleen “Kathy” Kidd, 70, of Paragould died, Thursday, September 10, 2015 at her home. She had lived in Paragould for 20 years, moving there from Jonesboro. Kathy was a member of the Walnut Corner General Baptist Church. “Gigi” as her grandchildren and great grandchildren were the love of her life and she loved spending time spoiling them. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Kidd, a granddaughter, April Kidd; and great grandchildren, Nathan and Haylee Kidd and one brother.

Survivors include her sons, Jim Kidd (Janet); Scott Kidd (Linda) all of Paragould; daughters, Diane Ellis; Sharon Hughes (Charles) all of Jonesboro; Vicki Elder of Brookland; Ann Vazquez (Jorge) of Jonesboro; Staci Barnett of Paragould; sister Ardyce Gauthier of Paragould; 16 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Monday, September 14, 2015 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Brother Mark Walker and Brother Jerry Pentecost officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery with grandchildren serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 1:00 until service time on Monday.
