Kathelene Glenn

November 22, 1915 — December 13, 2005

Kathelene “Katie” Glenn, age 90, of Fisher, Arkansas, died Tuesday evening in Jonesboro, Arkansas where she had briefly resided.

Mrs. Glenn was a native and life-long resident of Fisher. She was a homemaker and a member of the Fisher Church of Christ. She was also a 50-year member of the Fisher Home Demonstration Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Roy William Glenn; by a grandson: Wesley Ray Glenn; by 2 brothers: Lloyd Dodd and C.M. Dodd; and by a son-in-law: Gerald Jungling.

Survivors include:

2 Daughters and Son-in-law: Wanda and Harold Ferguson of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and
Mary Ann Jungling of Aplington, Iowa;

3 Sons and Daughters-in-law:
Clyde and Lois Glenn of St. Charles, Missouri,
Robert “Bob” and Cheryl Glenn of Boonville, Missouri, and
William “Bill” and Angela Glenn of Fisher, Arkansas;

1 Brother: James Dodd of Webster Grove, Missouri;

13 Grandchildren, and
18 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon, December 18, 2005, at 2:30 p.m. at Fisher Church of Christ with Mack Ramsey, John Cravens and Robert “Bob” Glenn officiating. Burial will follow in Fisher Cemetery with Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro in charge of arrangements.

Grandsons will serve as active pallbearers.

Honorary pallbearers include: Ernestine Wixon, Delores Grantham, Dora Jean Sanders,
Marie Matthews, Lucille McDonald, Ovie Jameson, and Beverly Malone.

Visitation will be held Sunday afternoon from 1:00 until service time at the church.

For lasting memorials, the family asks that consideration be given to St. Bernards Hospice, Fisher Church of Christ, or Paragould Children’s Home.
