Junior Haggenmacher

March 8, 1923 — August 16, 2017

Junior Haggenmacher, 94, of Jonesboro, died Wednesday, August 16, 2017, at his home.  Junior had lived in Jonesboro most of his life.  He was a founding member of the Nettleton Lion’s Club.  He served in the US Army during WWII.  He was an auctioneer and a member of the Professional Auctioneer’s Association.  He was very involved in his community and served on the Jonesboro City Council and as a real estate developer.  Other area of involvement was when he operated the Play Time Roller Rink; was a licensed electrician and a member of the American Legion.  He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include his loving wife and soul mate for 68 years, Betty Ann Haggenmacher of the home; son, Mark Haggenmacher of Little Rock; daughter-in-law, Sue Haggenmacher of Jonesboro; sisters, Joann Graben of Warrior Alabama and Wilma Womack of Chicago, Illinois; grandsons, Tyler Haggenmacher and Patrick Haggenmacher and one great grand, Miles Haggenmacher.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be sent to "Shepard's Fold Ministries, P.O. Box 36, Paragould, AR  72451”.
