Julie Wood Walker

Julie Wood Walker, 39, of Snyder, Texas died Thursday, April 3, 2008 in a single-vehicle accident. She was born in Harrisburg, Arkansas and moved to Snyder five years ago moving there from Lake City, Arkansas. She was of the Baptist belief and was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Wood, one brother Eric Glover, and her step-father, Gary Glover.

Survivors include her husband, R. Wade Walker, of the home; sons, Bradley Tucker, Lake City, Eric Wade Walker, Vacaville, California; daughters Jessica Tucker, Lake City; mother, Waynette Glover, Lake City; Step-son, R. Charlie Walker, Snyder; step-daughters, Christa N. Walker, Brookland, and Shalene B. Walker, Snyder; brothers, Steven Wood, Florida, Terry and Angie Wood, Nevada, Paul Wood, Lake City; Scott and Shauna Wood, Missouri; one sister Leslie and Brian Schreyer, Lake City; and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M., Monday at the Lutheran Cemetery in Waldenburg, Arkansas with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers are Bradley Tucker, Stevie Robison, Geoffrey Woodruff, Tyler Glover, Matt Snyder, and Cory Snyder. Visitation will be from 4 – 6 Sunday, April 6, 2008 at Emerson Funeral Home.
