Judah Nathan Guntharp, age 3 years, of Caraway, went to worship God on Friday afternoon, March 23, 2007, at Arkansas Childrens Hospital in Little Rock.
Born in Pensacola, Florida, Judah lived most of his life in Caraway.
Judah Nathan is now playing drums in God’s Heavenly Band. There were three things that Judah loved: worshiping God, making all people feel important and loving everyone.
Survivors include:
His father and mother: Daniel and Mary McCormick Guntharp of the home;
1 Brother: Elijah Guntharp of the home;
Grandparents: John and Christy McCormick of Caraway, Jim and Kurtiss Guntharp of Bono, and Cindy Neukam of Jonesboro;
Great Grandparents: Ester McCormick of Caraway, Brad and Johnnie Barnes of Greers Ferry, and Roland and Marjorie Smith of Tampa, Florida.
A celebration of Judah’s life will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 at Community Fellowship Church in Jonesboro with Rev. Rex Holt officiating. Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park with Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro in charge of arrangements.
Active pallbearers include: Nathan Hogan, Alfred Thomas, Jake Guntharp and Josh Guntharp.
Honorary pallbearers include the doctors and staff of Arkansas Childrens Hospital CVICU.
Visitation will be held Tuesday evening, 5-8, at Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
