Joyce Tate

Joyce Tate, 59, of Jonesboro passed from this life on Saturday, May 28, 2016. She was born on February 19, 1957 in Luxora, Arkansas to the late R.B. and Effie Crafton. Joyce has lived in Jonesboro for the last 38 years and loved to fish, watch NASCAR, work, and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, Joyce is preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry Crafton and Danny Crafton.

Joyce is survived by her husband of 40 years, Ronnie Tate of Jonesboro; sons, Brian Tate and Brandon Tate; brothers, Terry Crafton (Chris), Robert Crafton (Ludie), and James Crafton (Sandra); sisters, Mary Crafton (Charlie Campbell) and Nancy Thrasher (Darrell).

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 3, 2016 at the mausoleum in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Bobby Floyd officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of services. In consideration of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
