Joyce Rainwater Henry

Joyce Rainwater Henry, 73, of Jonesboro died Thursday morning at Ridgecrest Nursing Center.

She was born in Sedgwick, Arkansas and had lived in Jonesboro since 1988, moving here from Lawrenceville, Illinois.
She was a school teacher for the Seed Elementary School in Olney, Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Loren Paul Henry, Parents Everett and Ruby Lamb Rainwater and one brother, Earl Gene Rainwater.

Survived by one daughter, Deborah Moffitt of Anaheim, California.
One brother Larry Rainwater of Mt. Home, Arkansas
One granddaughter; Whitney Humphrey and one Great Grandson Steven Wells

Funeral service will be at 4:00 P.M. Sunday October 24, 2010 at Emerson Memorial Chapel, with Rev. Jay Raybuck officiating. Burial will be at Pine log Cemetery with Emerson Funeral Home in charge.

Active pallbearers will be Brian, Eric, Chase and Blake Rainwater and Kim and Mitch Coleman.

Visitation will be from 5-7:00 P.M. Saturday October 23, at Emerson Funeral Home.
