Joyce Lyn Gregory Mabe

Joyce Lyn Gregory Mabe, 47, of Trumann, died Friday afternoon at her home of natural causes.

Born in Little Rock, Joyce lived in Texas before moving to Trumann where she lived much of her life. She was a 1982 graduate of Trumann High School where she was active in ROTC.

Joyce was a Christian and enjoyed interior decorating. She served as the family caregiver and was preceded in death by a daughter, Christina Mabe, and her parents, Elbert and Dorris Gregory.

Survivors include one son, Christopher Mabe of the home;

3 sisters: Carolyn Holt of Arlington, Texas, and Laverne Woodruff and Tammy Upton, both of Jonesboro;

4 brothers, William Upton of Trumann, David Upton of Springfield, Missouri, Lee Gregory of Grand Prairie, Texas, and Jimmy Gregory of Arlington, Texas; and

1 granddaughter, Abriana.

All services and burial will be private. There will be no visitation.
