John R Stevens

John R. Stevens, 78, of Jonesboro, died Monday July 23, 2012 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. John was a member of the Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Catherine Henkenius Stevens; brother Larry Stevens and sister Patricia McOwen.

He is survived by his wife JoAnn Jenkins Stevens of the home, three sons, John Stevens and Gregory Stevens both of Jonesboro and Brent Stevens of Oregon; daughter Kimberlee Stevens of Jonesboro; 12 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren

A memorial service will be at a later date. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
