John Thomas Locascio

John Thomas Locascio, 60, of Jonesboro formerly of Glasgow Scotland, passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born June 2, 1961 in Heilbronn, Germany. John was a member of Cathedral Missionary Baptist Church. He was grateful of his church family and they loved him dearly. John enjoyed music and spending time with friends and family. He moved around a lot as a child due to his father being in the military. John was also an veteran with the United States Army. He was a hard worked and did many different jobs, including starting a business with his brother in Scotland. After John moved back the United States he worked for Ramson Construction for over 17 years. He was faithful in AA and was sober for over 3 ½ years.

John was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Catherine Locascio.

Survivors include his brother, Frank (Rosemary) Locascio of Glasgow, Scotland; 1 niece, Claire (William) Hill; 2 great nephews, Cameron and Brodie Hill and his church family.

Memorial service will be held Sunday, November 21, 2021 at 2:00 pm in Cathedral Missionary Baptist Church with his good friend and Pastor Ken Beaver officiating.

Burial will be private.
