Joe Griffin

Joe E. Griffin, 75, of Jonesboro, died Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. He had lived in Little Rock before moving to Jonesboro in 1962. He was of the Methodist belief. Mr. Griffin was a Histo-Pathologist Technician for St. Bernanrd’s Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his parents Tom and Mattie Cooper Griffin, one brother Bobby Griffin, and three sisters Bonnie, Hettie, and Sue.

He is survived by his wife, Joan Griffin; two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert & Marcha Griffin of Jacksonville, AR, Doug & Sarah Griffin of Jonesboro, AR; one brother, Tommy Griffin of Tennessee; two sisters, Betty Clegg of Ripley, TN, Katherine Bunnell of Ft. Myers, FL; and three grandchildren.

Graveside services will be Friday, November 23, 2007 at William Cemetery in Warren, AR.

Visitation was Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro.
