Terri “Joann” Williams, 57, of Jonesboro passed from this life on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. She was born to the late Russell and Eva Woods in Trumann on December 5, 1963. Joann loved God and was very active in her church, Melton Avenue Church of Christ in Trumann. Her life truly revolved around her relationship with God and her family. Joann was an exceptional wife, mother, and NeNe who loved to cook and care for her family. In her free time, Joann enjoyed fishing and taking care of her lawn. In addition to her parents, Joann is preceded in death by her brother, Kenny Woods.

Joann is survived by her husband of 34 years, Ricky Williams; daughters, Sara Stevens (Jesse) and Jessica Sawyers (Logan) both of Trumann; brothers, Ricky Woods, Danny Woods, and Tim Woods; sisters, Faye Reeves, Karen Fike, Linda Looney, Bonnie Keeling, Brenda Coots, and Alice Johnson; and grandchildren, Mason Stevens, Sophia Stevens, and Cohen Sawyer ( On the way).

A visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 20, 2021 at Emerson Funeral Home.

The service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Emerson Funeral Home with Matt Flad officiating. Burial will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery with the active pallbearers being Logan Sawyers, Jesse Stevens, Ricky Woods, Danny Woods, Tim Woods, Travis Moody, Chris Coots, and Jeff Stevens. The honorary pallbearers are Justin Stevens, Ethan Glover, and Chris Horvei.
