Jimmy Dale Thomas

Jimmy Dale Thomas, 74, of Bono passed from this life on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at his home. He was born to the late J.D. and Pearl Thomas on May 12, 1948 in Pocahontas. Jimmy was of the Baptist belief and enjoyed playing guitar, collecting model cars, and BBQing. In addition to his parents, Jimmy is preceded in death by his wife, Glenda Thomas; son, Jimmy Ardale Thomas; brother, David Thomas; and sisters, Margie Cagle, Brenda McMeans, Bonnie Franks, and Pam Thomas.

Jimmy is survived by his sons, Marty Ramsey (Renee) of Jonesboro, Eddie Ramsey (Sarah) of Paragould, and Roger Ramsey (Brandy) of Louisiana; brothers, Danny Thomas of Valley View and Billy Thomas of Jonesboro; and sister, Mary Thomas of Bono. Jimmy also leaves behind several grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends to mourn his loss.

The visitation will be held prior to the service on Saturday from 1-2 pm. At Emerson Funeral Home.

The memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at Emerson Funeral Home.

Burial will be private.
