Jewell Carmon Massa

Jewell “Jill” Carmon Massa, 70, of Jonesboro passed from this life on October 14, 2023 at her home. Jill was born in Batesville on January 22, 1953 to the late Owen and Gearldine Milligan. She and her family moved to Jonesboro from North Little Rock a few years ago. Jill was committed to her family. She always loved helping with her grandchildren. Jill could always make you smile and loved being happy. She would be there for you at the drop of a hat. Jill also watched Razorback football every weekend, win or lose. Most importantly, Jill was happiest with her family.

Jill is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Runyon (Tyler) of Jonesboro; brothers, Joe Milligan (Hazel) of Maumelle, Mitch Milligan (Debra) of Springfield, MO, and Steve Milligan (Donna) of Russellville; sisters, Brenda Milligan of Cabot and Sarah Lemley of Atkins; grandchildren, Matthew, Joshua, Landen, Jacob, Asher, Callie, and Makenna; her best friend Thelma Ainsworth of Butlerville; and a host of nieces and nephews that she loved very much.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
