Jewell Dickey Barnes

Jewell Barnes, 61, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away Friday, June 21,2024 at Saint Bernard’s Hospital. She was born September 11, 1962, in Bono, Arkansas to Ida and Melvin Dickey. Jewell was devoted to her family and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

Jewell is survived by Michael Barnes Sr., her husband of 45 years, her daughter Katie Barnes of Jonesboro, her son Michael Barnes Jr. of Minneapolis, and her grandchildren Kadin Brown and Scarlett Whiteside.

Visitation will be held at Emerson Funeral Home on Sunday, June 30, 2024 at 1:00 PM with services at 2:00 PM.
