Jessie Billie Williams, 65, of Jonesboro, died Tuesday at Ridgecrest Nursing Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie & Mattie Frances Williams, 2 brothers, and 2 sisters.
He was a Navy veteran.
He is survived by 2 daughters, Tammy and Kim, and 3 sisters, Yuba Williams, Ethelene Ryan, and Belle Medsker.
All services will be private with Emerson Funeral Home in charge.
