Jessica Susan Cofield

Jessica Susan Cofield, 27, of Jonesboro died Sunday, Oct. 5, 2008, at the family home.

She was born Sept. 23, 1981, in St. Bernards Medical Center at Jonesboro. Jessica lived in the Jonesboro area all of her life. She was a stay-at-home mom and will be greatly missed by all those who loved her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Janet Maddox; one son, Allen Lynn Hanks; and her maternal grandfather, G.W. Hanks.

She is survived by her son, Dillan Lawrence; her daughter, Devan Hanks; her father, Joseph Cofield; two brothers, Joshua Cofield and his wife Ruth, and Justin Mothershed; one sister, Jacquelyn Maddox; her maternal grandmother, Virginia Cofield, all of Jonesboro; two aunts, Tricia Coggins of Jonesboro and Lynnette Jones of Benton; and her fiancé, Glen Miller of Jonesboro.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 10 a.m. to noon at Emerson Funeral Home.

Graveside services will follow in New Hope Cemetery at 12:30 p.m.

The funeral procession will leave Emerson Funeral Home at noon. Pastor Ernest Coleman will officiate.

Pallbearers will be Mike Hanks, Jesse Hanks, Lynn Jones, Steve Boyd, Jeff Presley and Glen Miller.
