Jesse Holloway

Jesse Holloway, 85, of Bay, formerly of West Memphis passed from this life Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born August 8, 1930 in Trumann to the late Horace and Mary Holloway. Jesse was a member of Broadway Avenue Missionary Baptist Church in Bay. He enjoyed watching the St. Louis Cardinals and the Arkansas Razorbacks
basketball team. Jesse also enjoyed fishing, but most of all he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Jesse was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Holloway; 2 brothers, Hubert Holloway, Billy Joe Holloway; 2 sisters, Betty Lynn Holloway and Velma Morgan.

Survivors include his 2 sons, Dennis (Fabrienne) Holloway of Marion, Ricky Holloway of West Memphis; 4 grandchildren, Jennifer (Wesley) Nettles of St. Louis, Missouri, Byron (Becky) Holloway of Marion, Leslie (Carl) Barnes of Marion, Richard (Jennifer) Holloway of West Memphis and 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Monday, June 20, 2016 at 10:00 am in Emerson Memorial Chapel with Rick Jensen officiating. Burial will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9:00-10:00 am prior to the service.
