Jerry Carlton Minton

Jerry C. Minton, 74 of Lake City, passed from this life Monday, January 15, 2018 at St. Bernards Medical Center.  He was born to Otho and Pearlie Minton on November 3, 1943.  Jerry was of the Christian faith and was a proud veteran of the US Navy. He worked as a postal carrier for the Post Office.  Jerry enjoyed singing and playing the piano.  He is preceded in death by his parents, wife JoAnn and daughter Carla Minton.

Survivors include: daughters, Kristi Ivie (Tyler) of Paragould, JoEllen Minton of Lake City, Lisa Minton of Cabot.  Grandchildren: Braelynn Minton, Carliane Minton, Dalton Adams, Delaina Powell, Madison Lea and Ayden Lea.  Great grandchildren: Joenah Farley, Genna Minton and Lynnleigh Minton.

A memorial service will be held Monday, January 22, 2018 starting at 6 pm at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Kristi Ivie speaking.

Burial will be private.
