Jerry Wayne Lamb

Jerry Wayne Lamb, 65, of Jonesboro passed from this life Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at his home. He was born to the late Curtis and Lillie Mae Lamb in Hoxie on August 16, 1955. Jerry spent the last 32 years residing in Jonesboro after coming from Hoxie. Jerry enjoyed traveling the world with Debbi, his loving wife of 43 years. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing. His sharp wit and sense of humor was one of his most beloved qualities. Jerry loved his family, especially his daughter and grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Jerry is preceded in death by his wife, Debbi Lamb, of 43 years.

Jerry is survived by his daughter, Michelle Brown; son-in-law Tyler Brown and two grandchildren, Chelsea Brown and Graham Brown all of Jonesboro; two sisters, Reba (Ralph) Grooms and Debbie (Larry) Reithemeyer both of Hoxie; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

A memorial service will be at 11 am Monday, March 29, 2021 at Walnut Street Baptist Church with Bro. Grey Falanga officiating.

Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made in Jerry’s honor to the Arkansas Game and Fish Foundation.
