Jerry, “Pop A Wheelie” Hardin, 70, a lifelong resident of Jonesboro, passed from this life on Saturday, April 13, 2024 in Mountain View, Arkansas. He was born in Jonesboro on July 4, 1953, to William “Dub” and Dorthea Hardin. He was a member of the Crowley Ridge Cruisers and a motorcycle enthusiast. If he was not riding a motorcycle, he was working on one. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by one son, William Chad Hardin and a brother, Gary Hardin.
Survivors include daughters, Tina Michelle Hardin Rice of Paragould; Carrie Edwards and husband, Sam of Marion; brother, Lynn Hardin and wife, Rose of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Skylar, Kendra, Brittney, Makayla, Ashlynn, CJ, Austin, JJ, Chris, Heather and Austin E; and eleven great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial will follow at Nettleton Cemetery with CJ Hardin, Jerry John Hardin (JJ), Austin Hardin, Chris Hardin, Rodney Laster, and Luke Moyer serving as pallbearers.
