Jerry Dale Collins

Jerry Dale Collins, 67, of Jonesboro formerly of Blytheville passed away Friday, February 1, 2019 at Baptist Memorial Hospital of Crittenden in West Memphis. He was born May 1, 1951 in Jonesboro to the late Flute and Josie Collins. Jerry was a lifelong mechanic and he had Jerrys Transmission in Blytheville for several years. He enjoyed fishing and drag racing.

In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by 5 brothers, Lewis Collins, Bill Collins, J.R. Collins, Ed Collins and Larry Collins.

Survivors include his significant other, Regina Collins; 2 sons, Jerry (Gail) Collins of Paragould, Shannon (Katherine) Collins of Blytheville; 3 daughters, Tracy (Shaun Fortson) Little of Jonesboro, Jamie (Phillip Qualls) Potter of Jonesboro, Chelsey (Danny) Seaton of Burdette; 2 step-children, Jason (Bria) Fountain of Blytheville, Misty (Chris) Smallwood of Gosnell; 2 sisters, Ruth Vicks of Harrisburg, Peggy (Chall) Hill of Harrisburg; 14 grandchildren: Coty Collins, Zachary Collins, LaShae Brownderville, Jered Little, Justin Little, Schelby Smith, Landen Potter, Stahr Stotler, Bryson Seaton, Tatum Fountain, Ryder Fountain, Ethyn Smallwood, Aby Gail Smallwood and 5 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 5, 2019 in Emerson Memorial Chapel from 5:00-7:00 pm.
