Jerry Ron Brown

Jerry Ron Brown, 74, of Jonesboro, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024, at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. He was born on June 11, 1950, to the late Calvin Leymoin Brown and Gloria Jean Wood Brown in Ada, Oklahoma. Jerry honorably served his country as a member of the United States Marines during the Vietnam War. In his free time, he found joy in spending time at Spring River, mowing and weedeating, riding his motorcycle, playing pool; his greatest joy was his family. He was a loving son, father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather that will be greatly missed. He is survived by his daughter, Clarissa Brown of the home; his brother, Jackie Brown of Jonesboro; two grandchildren, James Brown of Jonesboro and Jessica Brown (Ethan Sellegren) of Jonesboro; and two great-grandchildren, Benjamin Sellegren and Isabella Sellegren, also of Jonesboro. He also leaves behind his niece, Cindy Coy (Anthony), and nephew, Michael Brown, both of Jonesboro. All services will be private.
