Jennifer Elaine Walker

Jennifer Elaine Walker, 49, of Brookland, departed this life far too soon on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. She was born October 1, 1975 in Jonesboro to Donald and Patsy Forehand.

Jennifer has lived in the Jonesboro area most of her life and was a member of the Liberty church of Christ. She graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelors degree in nursing and was a nurse for 20 years. She enjoyed fishing, cooking and singing but her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family, especially going to all of her kid’s and grandkid’s events.

Jennifer is preceded in death by her father, Donald Forehand.

Those left to her memory include her husband, Robert Walker; mother, Patsy Forehand; children, Coty Hall, Catelyn Hall, Kaitlyn Walker and Carson Forehand; brothers, Alfred (Patricia) Forehand and Michael Forehand; sister, Teresa Henson; grandchildren, Eli Crider, Lennon Crider, Korbin Hall, Abory Brown, Chance Jr., Hudson Gibson, Hennleigh Gibson and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family.

A visitation will be held Thursday May 8, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Emerson Funeral Home.

A graveside service will follow the visitation at 2:30 p.m. at Pine Log Cemetery in Brookland. Pallbearers include Carson Forehand, Coty Hall, Chandler Tate, Ricky Sanchez, Christopher Forehand and Cody Gibson. Honorary pallbearers include Alfred Forehand and Michael Forehand.
